CAP Modules Clinic

CAP Modules Refund Policy: Attendees who cannot attend or make unnecessary mistakes while registering may choose to have their registration refunded less a 10% processing fee. Contact the CAP Office to arrange.
Olympic Gold Medal winning Coach Hugh McCutcheon will take the lead on Saturday, and
along with USA Men’s Assistant Coach Gary Sato, will present sessions on the USA National Team skills and training techniques. Coach Sato will continue the High Performance Coach training on
Sunday. John Kessel, USAV Director of Membership Development, Grassroots and Disabled Volleyball Programs, will focus on skill training
techniques and tips for volleyball coaches and teachers of mid-level and novice clubs, as well as middle school, elementary school and mini-volley programs.
Attendees will also enjoy time to socialize with Hugh, Gary and John and obtain pictures and autographs.
The clinic is scheduled to allow coaches to benefit from attending either day separately, or both days. Sessions will not be repeated from Day 1 to Day 2!

For those CAP coaches needing to re-certify, USAV CAP Module Credits are available from the USA Volleyball Education Department!

CLINIC SCHEDULE:
Saturday and Sunday - all at Grand Ledge High School
Check in from 8:00 am to 8:45am
Clinic sessions from 8:45am- 5:30pm
Saturday: Social from 5:45-6:30pm
Sunday: Youth Clinic from 3:00-5:00pm
Lakeshore Coaches Clinic Fee includes:
Lunch
Clinic Program sessions Social on Saturday Evening, and/or Meet and Greet on Sunday.
Lakeshore Coaches Clinic Fee (paid directly to Lakeshore Region):
USAV Members - $30.00 one day, $55.00 both days
Non-USAV Members - $50.00 one day, 95.00 both days
Young Coaches (age 18 and under) - Sunday Only- 15.00 USAV members; 20.00 non-members
Player Clinic (grades 4-6) - $10.00 (Sunday, Feb. 28, 3-5pm)
*NOTE: There will be a LATE FEE for all registration categories after Feb. 24, 2010 - add $5.00
**PLEASE NOTE: Due to extensive planning and preparation, refunds for the Lakeshore Clinic will not be possible.

To PURCHASE CAP credits for attending this clinic: add the number of Credits desired from the selections below to your shopping cart, then check out.
Fees for CAP Module Credits are in addition to the clinic fee paid to the Lakeshore Region to attend this Clinic.
For a CAP Level I re-cert coaches would need a total of 4 credits,
for a CAP II it is total of 5, and for a CAP III it is total of 6.
Coaches may purchase a single CAP Module Credit or multiple Credits.
There will be enough sessions offered to be able to fulfill any CAP Level re-certification requirements at this clinic.
If you are not yet certified or are planning to move up to the next CAP Level, CAP Modules taken here may be applied to the “Additional Module” requirement for CAP I (1 required)or II (2 required)- if a CAP Course is taken within 12 months of this Clinic.
DEADLINES FOR REGISTRATION:
AFTER 2/24/2010 add $5 per each single Module, or $15 for each bundled CAP Module price below.
