At Eastside Volleyball, Inc's Coaching Clinic at Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington, IL.
CAP Module credits offered for a total of 15 different sessions/topics with 2 topics per hour for coaches to choose from on December 6, 2008.

Join USAV's Coaching Accreditation program and the staff of Eastside Volleyball Inc. in Bloomington, Illinois for this one-day coaching clinic on Saturday December 6 at the Illinois Wesleyan University Gym.
This one-day Clinic is open to ALL coaches & a total of 15 sessions will have USAV-CAP Modules Credits attached.... so,if you need just a Module or two to finish a CAP certification in progress… or, you need several Module credits for re-certification … or, you just want a full day of great volleyball coaching information …then this is the Clinic for YOU!
This Coaching Clinic will offer CAP Modules, which can be applied to new or re-certifications; Modules offered at this Clinic may be applied toward a new CAP I or II certification (a CAP CORE course must be completed within a year), and ANY of the sessions may be applied toward a RE-certification for CAP I (4 required), CAP II (5 required) OR III (6 required) for your next quad.
A NEW USAV CAP Level I certification requires a total of 4 Module credits - in addition to taking a CORE session day at a scheduled CAP course within 1 year of this Module Clinic purchase, then passing the on-line test, passing a current USAV Background Screen, and submitting a favorite Drill and written Coaching Philosophy.
A NEW USAV CAP Level II certification requires a total of 6 Module credits - in addition to taking a CORE session day at a scheduled CAP course within 1 year of this Module Clinic purchase, then passing the on-line test, passing a current USAV Background Screen, and submitting a favorite Drill and written article.
CAP Level I RE-certification may be accomplished by submitting proof of attending 4 approved CAP Modules within your current Quad certification years. CAP II RE-certification may be accomplished by submitting proof of attending 5 approved CAP Modules within your current Quad certification years. You can get these Modules Credits done at this Clinic!
Clinic participants will receive a personalized CAP Modules certificate upon check-in at the Clinic site. This certificate is to be presented to the session speaker or moderator for a validation signature at the end of each session.

On-site Registration and Check-in on December 6: from 7:30am to 8:00am; and sessions will run from 8:30 am to approximately 6:00 pm. Lunch is provided from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm, followed by the afternoon sessions.

TOM HOGAN – 2008 USA Women’s Olympic Team Assistant Coach; SUE GOZANSKY – University of California- Riverside Women’s Coach; STU SHERMAN- former Graceland University Men’s Coach.
Modules Clinic Registration Cost:
Individual Modules price is $25.00 each (early). For the FULL Clinic, Cost for Coaches who are CURRENT members of the USAV AND the AVCA is $110.00; Cost for Coaches who are CURRENT members of the USAV OR the AVCA is $130.00; Cost for Coaches who are NOT CURRENT members of EITHER the USAV NOR the AVCA is $165.00 and includes a complimentary 1 year AVCA Membership at the Club/HS level. The above prices are by the early deadline of November 22, 2008. On November 23rd the late registration price will be in effect & will add $20.00 to each registration category noted above.
Upon completion of the clinic, the CAP Modules Certificate should be filed in your records until ready to submit for a new certification (bring with you to a CAP CORE Course within 12 months), or for a re-certification (send in with re-certification application no earlier than 90 days prior to your accreditation expiration date and no later than 30 days after that date). When sending the original certificate in to the National Office, please keep a copy of your certificate (and application) for your records.
