Come join USAV-CAP for an IMPACT Instructor Training, CAP Level II Course and VCAP Conditioning Clinic at Kingdom Courts in Phoenix, AZ on November 3-5, 2006!
The IMPACT Instructor Training is open to currently accredited Level II or high coaches, who have been recommended by their Region Office.
The CAP Level II class is open to all previously accredited Level I coaches for initial Level II accreditation or to previously accredited Level II coaches who wish to re-accredit.
The VCAP Clinic is open to ALL coaches and offers no certification.

CAP Level II Course Fee includes:
- 10 hours of Core CAP Instruction
- 4 Elective Modules (Topics & length of each may vary)
- Textbook/Materials: Volleyball Coach’s Survival Guide, and Supplemental Handouts
- Follow-up written test
- Certificate of Accreditation upon completion of all requirements.
- Free Subscription to ROTATIONS E-Newsletter.
Accreditation for CAP Level II requires:
- Core Course attendance
- Attendance at 4 Modules (included with course fee)
- Attendance at 2 Additional Module (may be purchased and completed during this same weekend)
- Signed Code of Ethics
- Pass a USAV Background Screening (requires $20 additional fee for non-USAV members)
- Passing grade on Written Test (emailed afterward)
- Submission of proof of having attended a “Foundations of Coaching” class (such as IMPACT or comparable course)
- Submission of a Favorite Drill Form
Upon completion of all requirements, accreditation will be granted and a Certificate suitable for framing and congratulatory letter will be mailed. Accredited coaches are then eligible to attend the next level CAP course.

Deadlines for Registration:
- Early Bird Registration pricing will apply to registrations received no later than 10/9/2006.
- Regular Registration pricing will apply to registrations received between 10/9/2006 and 10/23/2006. Please call for availability before registering.
