Seer Helmets is proud to introduce our latest technologial innovation, the M5 Switchblade® Lighting System! The M5 is the solution for those that need additional light during early morning or evening hours. The M5 is a portable light that provides light while keeping both of your hands free. It is light, durable, and so slim that you will not even notice it. Already have a Seer Helmet? We have designed an adapter* that will attach the light directly onto your Seer Helmet. All you have to do is plug and play. A universal adapter is available for other brand helmets and applications. The M5 Switchblade® light has a rechargeable lithium ion battery pack that powers a single LED. The battery is a 3.7 Volt DC, 650 milli-Amp hour lithium ion unit that weighs 1.3oz. The battery will maintain its charge for 3 years. The LED draws such low power that the battery can last 35+ hours before it needs to be recharged again. The entire unit is housed in a self-contained adapter. It can be removed if it is not needed. There also is a small switch that is easy to access that can turn the LED on or off. Seer Helmets is also proud to announce that you can get the M5 Switchblade® Lighting System built into your new helmet. When you order your helmet make sure to ask for the M5 light to be built into your helmet. When your helmet is assembled, the M5 Switchblade® is manufactured integrally into the harness. The light, battery, and wires all are placed into the harness. The button is convenient and easy to access. This setup allows for a slim attachment of the light to your New Seer Helmet.
